Love-A-Thon Mini Challenge #4: Snapshots!

Posted February 22, 2015 by Wendy in Blogger Love-A-Thon, Challenge / 5 Comments

I originally wasn’t going to do this challenge because I couldn’t think of any fun pictures to take but then decided hey, books in pictures will be fun just because they’re books! Haha. Enjoy!

My LONE bookcase in my “book room”. I need more. There are actually more books than what is pictured here, but I took some of them off otherwise they’d just be all double stacked and triple stacked!

I love classics and the Folio Society has the MOST GORGEOUS editions ever. This copy of Pride & Prejudice was a gift from a friend and I adore it. Look how beautiful the cover is! And! There are illustrations inside! The only other Folio Society one I have is Dracula, also a gift. If I could one day own their whole collection….

Panera, my favorite place to blog! I love their food, coffee and atmosphere!

I used to never be a dog earrer. (Will have a discussion post coming up soon about this!) Then I became one (WHAT?!) This is the first book that marked my foray into dogearring — The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons.

Those are some of my snapshots! Hope you enjoyed!

  1. I didn’t know you blogged at Panera sometimes! That’s so fun! Those classics are gorgeous too! I love them! I’ve never been a dog-earer. Maybe once I get Bronze Horseman this will change too? 😀

  2. I love your bookcase! (Also, I LOVE that you have a book room. I dream of having a room like that in my future home, and always have. For now, I’ll settle for a book nook!) Those Folio Society books are gorgeeeeeous. I want so many titles! And I love that you blog at Panera (awesome place to eat) AND I’m pretty sure Kelly loves that photo of The Bronze Horseman all dog-eared 😉

  3. My jaw literally dropped at the sight of that Pride and Prejudice edition. IT’S THE PRETTIEST THING ON EARTH! *o* I haven’t heard of the Folio Society editions but I’m hitting google right now to see the others. Also: just the fact that you have a “book room” makes me jealous :3
